he International Journal of Intelligent Control and Systems (IJICS) publishes articles describing recent fundamental contributions and innovative applications in the field of intelligent control and systems. Its objective is to disseminate important and leading-edge information in this new field in a timely fashion.
IJICS covers theoretical contributions aimed at winning further understanding of intelligent technologies and knowledged-based systems, including, but not restricted to, robotics and automation, manufacturing, intelligent machines, design methodologies, specification and analysis, integration and coordination, modeling and simulation, system architectures, learning and reasoning, logic programming, self-organization, multisensor fusion, and intelligent control based on machine learning, behavior programming, fuzzy logic, neural networks, genetic algorithms, pattern recognition, and evolutionary computation.
The journal considers practical aspects with contributions on advances in hardware and software development environments for intelligent technologies and knowledged-based systems, including, but not restricted to, smart chips, intelligent devices and instruments, real-time architectures, rapid prototyping, intelligent human-machine interface, computer simulation software packages, and CAD/ CAM tools.
