Registraion Information
On-line registration (using The IEEE ITSS Conference Management System) is strongly encouraged. Registration requires a log-in. Users of the Papercept system who already have an account (e.g., authors) should use that account to log in. Others will need to create a new account by following the "new user profile" link on the above on-line registration page.
All conference attendees must register. Personal badges will be provided to identify registered participants.
All registered participants will receive admission to the welcome reception and one set of the conference proceedings in CD-ROM format. Member and Non-Member registration also includes the Banquet and Lunches. Registration fees are shown in table below. Registrants who are members of IEEE may register at the Member rate.
The reduced rate applies to student, unemployed, retired and life IEEE members who are the first author.
One regular registration fee (member or nonmember rate, not reduced rate) at the advance registration rates must be paid by one of the authors before uploading the final version of the paper for inclusion in the conference.
